Four eyes?

Actually, there are six eyes in this picture. Itzel Castro is one of 15 Manson High School students participating in the 34th Annual Wenatchee Valley Museum and Culture Center Regional High School Art Show in Wenatchee March 1 through April 20.

The art Show offers an opportunity to showcase students' creativity and talent. This year's opening reception will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., March 1. A reception and awards ceremony will be held from 1 to 4 p.m., March 9.

The People's Choice Award will be awarded April 4.

Castro painted an outsized self portrait of just the top of her head in Phil Thomas's art class. She worked using the picture on the chair behind her as a guide.
