Raymond H. Dobbs

Raymond H. Dobbs, 77, of Moses Lake, Washington, died on April 10, 2013, of natural causes. He was born on December 16, 1934, Owasso, Oklahoma and was married to his wife Nancy Dobbs for 36 years.
He retired from the Washington State Liquor Board in 1999 with 23 years of service in management.
He was a 1953 graduate of Chelan High School and was selected to the All-State Football Team in 1953 and played both fullback and linebacker. He also played for the University of Washington Football team in 1953.
He is survived by Nancy Dobbs; daughter, Patty Borgard and her husband, Craig Borgard; daughter, Kathy Blount; and adopted children, Karlena Robinson & Justin Robinson. He was loved throughly and will be greatly missed by all who called him friend and family.
A Private Memorial Service will be held at Lake Chelan with family and fellow high school classmates in September of 2013.
