There is no human justification for the murder of innocent children or any innocent human for that matter. The mass shooting tragedies' that we have witnessed are too horrible to comprehend. There is no explainable understanding of these events.
Our humanness tells us that the means does not justify the end. What we must do to cope with these unexplainable tragedies' is to accept that the world we live in is filled with evil and the only way to cope with that which is beyond our control is to turn our hurts and sorrow over to God who promised to provide the grace, mercy and love that we need to cope. God did not will these tragedies, He in His infinite wisdom allowed them with the design of free will. God gave all people a "free will", even those who are evil or sick and incapable of knowing right from wrong.
We can overcome any adversity, endure any ugly crime or survive any of life' storms with the presence of God. During and at the end of our earthly journey the outcome of all that we encounter, including that of the innocent victims will be glorious and the "means" will fade away.
"Take heart, for I am with you till the end of time ." "Lean on Me and not on your own understanding and I shall guide you through life".
