From Coach Jay McGuffin

The Goats traveled to Granger to see the top two teams in the state on Dec. 8.
"We recently got into this tournament to get a look at Granger and Zillah. They are both tough this year," said Coach Jay McGuffin. "But overall we had a good showing and think it will be an exciting state tournament come February."
The goats brought 13 wrestlers and all of them made it to the placing round. Four wrestlers made the finals and we had one champion.
Chelan placed third as a team.
