Johnson Ave. Chelan, WA 98816 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Chelan for construction of the Lakeside Park project. Work to be performed includes: renovation of existing restroom facility and play amenities, concrete walkways, beach sand, signage, landscaping, and other park improvements to the Lakeside Park in Chelan. A pre-bid meeting will be held on site at Lakeside Park, Thursday April 17th at 1:00:00 pm. Bid proposals will be received only at 135 E Johnson Ave by 11:00:00 am by Wednesday April 30th, at which time they will be opened, read, and tabulated publicly. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Contract documents may be purchased on www.questcdn.com for $22.00, nonrefundable. Addenda will be published only through the online bidding service. Bidders that do not purchase a bid set will not automatically be notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda. An informational copy of the contract documents is on file for inspection at the Chelan City Hall, 135 E. Johnson, Chelan, WA 98816.
