CITY OF CHELAN NOTICE OF DECISION On September 24, 2024, the City of Chelan Shoreline Administrator rendered a decision of APPROVAL for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (SSDP), SSDP2024-03 & SEPA2024-06, Coulter Boatlift & Buoy Project. Appeal Period: This decision may be the subject of an appeal to the Hearing Examiner by any aggrieved person. Such appeals shall be an open record hearing before the Hearing Examiner.
