Apple Blossom Drive in the City of Chelan. The existing parcel is approx. 0.8 acres and is currently undeveloped. The proposed project will consist of the construction of a new coffee shop with interior and exterior sitting, dog run area, designated food truck area, pickleball court, and landscaping. The proposed project will be served by two existing access drives off Apple Blossom Drive that currently serve the existing Walmart. There are existing frontage improvements and existing public utility mains serving the project site. Project Location: 112 N. Apple Blossom Drive, Chelan, WA; parcel: 272318627035 Other required permits to the extent known by the City: City of Chelan Building Permit Applicable Policies and Requirements: The following development regulations will be used for project mitigation and consistency: City of Chelan Municipal Code, City of Chelan Development Standards, International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC). The City of Chelan has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030. This determination is based on review of the project Environmental Checklist and Site Plan.
