Gregory E. Pusey died Friday February 7, 2025 at home. He will be deeply missed by his wife Jeanne Pusey, children Alicia (Trevor) and Curtis (Ryley), two precious granddaughters Cameran and Baker, sister Linda Koelzer, many in-laws, nieces, and nephews, and countless community members throughout the Chelan Valley.

Gregg was born September 28, 1953 in Helena, Montana to Earl and Vera Pusey. After graduating from Western Montana University in 1976, he married Jeanne Seidensticker. Following their wedding, Gregg and Jeanne moved to Chelan to pursue teaching careers. Gregg also pursued work as an artist, orcharding, construction, and property management. But what Gregg was most proud of was being an incredibly involved father to his two children.

Gregg was an avid fisherman, hunter, skier and outdoorsman. His love and knowledge of nature ran deep in his soul. As an actively, involved father he ingrained in his children a love of sports and was constantly seen participating in all their sporting events.

Gregg was well-known in the Chelan community for his humor, hard work, and constant willingness to help others in need. His creative, artistic outlook on the world will be greatly missed. A private, family ceremony will be held to honor his life. If you also wish to honor Gregg, please consider a donation to Ducks Unlimited or Trout Unlimited.

The family would like to extend their thanks to the healthcare professionals at Lake Chelan Hospital and Hospice. Also an incredibly, heartfelt thank you to Pastor Paul Palumbo who so compassionately assisted the family in Gregg’s final weeks.
