Lake Chelan Reclamation District 80 Wapato Way Manson, WA 98831 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Lake Chelan Reclamation District (District) for the procurement of three (3) Allen-Bradley Motor Control Centers for the District’s Irrigation Pumping Plants E, G, and H. Work to be performed includes: submittals, manufacture of three (3) Allen-Bradley Motor Control Centers, shipment, and start-up and testing services. Delivery of the Motor Control Centers to the District shall be no later than December 1, 2025. Bid proposals will be received only at 80 Wapato Way, Manson, WA 98831 by 11:29:59 AM local time on February 7, 2025, at which time they will be opened, read, and tabulated publicly. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Contract documents and addenda for this project are available electronically. To request an electronic copy, an e-mail request should be sent Jennifer Collins at jcollins@lcrd.org. If requested, bid packages will be mailed using FedEx priority overnight for a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00). The District hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into, pursuant to this advertisement, minority and women's business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to the invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
