LEGAL NOTICE CHELAN RIVER IRRIGATION DISTRICT OFFICE: 144 E. WOODIN AVENUE P.O. BOX 1837 CHELAN, WASHINGTON 98816 All property owners and legal qualified voters of the Chelan River Irrigation District are legally notified as follows: ITEM ONE The Budget and Assessment Rolls for the District for the year 2025 are open for inspection at any time by any qualified person at the office of the District. ITEM TWO The BOARD OF DIRECTORS will set as a board of EQUALIZATION BUDGET HEARING and review of the ASSESSMENT ROLLS on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 starting at 3:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at 601 W. Woodin Ave., Chelan, WA 98816. ITEM THREE The annual election for one Director of the District will be on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The polls will be open at the office of the District from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that CERTIFICATION OF QUALIFICATION will be furnished to any qualified elector who makes a written request prior to November 30, 2024 on application forms, which will be supplied by the District's secretary. Any candidate who wishes to declare their candidacy as a director shall do so by November 30, 2024. Certification for an ABSENTEE ballot can be secured at the office of the District.
