New Lake Chelan Health EMS Facility Notice of Subcontractor Informational Event Graham Construction will hold a hybrid non-mandatory informational outreach for interested subcontractors on the new wood-framed 17,000 SF Lake Chelan Health EMS/Admin Building on March 12 th @ 3 pm – 5pm at the Wenatchee Hilton Garden Inn, 25 N. Worthen Street. Graham will detail the scope, schedule, bid packaging and instructions.
