Ward of Chelan, Washington on January 24, 2000, under Water Right Application No. S4-32904, filed for a permit to appropriate public surface water, subject to existing rights, from Lake Chelan for year-round use in the amount of 0.011 cubic feet per second (cfs) and 0.5 acre-feet per year (ac-ft/yr) for the purpose of single domestic use.
