Angel Mendoza Ruelas, 21, was found June 5, 2024. Town of residence at the time of death Chelan, Washington. Rosary will be held at Precht Rose Chapel on June 21, 4-8 p.m. Services will be held June 22, 2024 at 10 a.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church in Chelan.
Precht Rose Chapel is handling the arrangements for the family.
