Chelan-Douglas Transportation Council launches Pathway Study

Posted

WENATCHEE—The Chelan-Douglas Transportation Council (CDTC) has announced the development of a Pathways Master Plan to improve pedestrian and cyclist connectivity between communities in the region.

The plan will identify potential pathway alignments in four main corridors: Chelan to Manson, Leavenworth to Cashmere to Wenatchee, Malaga to Wenatchee, and Rock Island to East Wenatchee. The CDTC will evaluate route options and gather community input to inform the planning process.

The public is invited to participate in the planning process by taking the community survey and contributing to the public input map. Project representatives will also be present at various community events throughout the region to engage directly with the public.

The CDTC brings together representatives from local and state government agencies to collaborate on solutions to transportation challenges facing the Wenatchee Valley and communities of Chelan and Douglas counties.

For more information about the project, to take the survey, or to add input to the public map, interested parties can visit the project website at ChelanDouglasPathways.org.
